Delayed longitudinal contraction (=DLC) as a marker for asynchrony can be visualized by analysis of systolic and diastolic Tissue Tracking. Systolic tracking analyzes the systolic displacement i.e. tracking interval between the onset of QRS-complex and the end of the T-wave. Diastolic tracking can demonstrate DLC with colour coding (end of T until begin of R).
